• Payment information when you make a purchase or pay dues. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on Club servers.

• Provide and manage member accounts, reservations, orders, and payments.
• Process dues, pro shop purchases, amenities and rental fees, and event registrations.

Sharing and integrations

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the website and Club services. Currently, payment processing is handled by Stripe, and accounting data may be shared with QuickBooks Online. We do not sell member or visitor information to third parties.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Members may update contact information through their profile. You may also contact us to ask questions about the information we hold or to request corrections.
