These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mecklenburg Country Club website and related online services ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for the convenience of Club members, prospective members, and guests. You may use the Site to view information, manage your account, make reservations, RSVP to events, place orders, and pay for Club goods and services.

Member accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payments

Payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize the Club to charge the amount shown. All charges are subject to the Club's billing and refund policies. The Club may add a service fee to credit or debit card transactions, which will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with the Club.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Club policies

Use of the Site is also subject to the Club's bylaws, rules, and policies, which may be updated from time to time. In the event of a conflict, Club policies govern.

Disclaimers and limitations

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Club does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
